My IPTV is not working

My IPTV is not working

Your internet MUST be working for your TV service to work.

First, open two websites using your home Wi-Fi. On a phone, turn mobile data off briefly.

If the websites do not open, use Article: My internet stopped working. If they load slowly, use Article: My internet is slow.

HDMI cable for picture and sound and Ethernet cable for internet

Once your internet is verified:

1.      Try another channel first. If only one channel has trouble, note its name and contact us. You can skip the other steps.

2.      Check that everything is on. Turn on the TV and TV box. If you use an app, open your IPTV app.

3.      Check the HDMI cable and TV input. Make sure the HDMI cable is plugged in at both ends. Press Input or Source on the TV remote. Choose the HDMI input connected to your TV box.

4.      Check the TV box's internet connection. Make sure it is connected to your home Wi-Fi or an Ethernet cable.

5.      Restart the box or app. Unplug the TV box's power for 30 seconds. Plug it back in and wait a few minutes. For an app, close it and reopen it. Leave the box alone if it is installing an update.

If the picture keeps stopping, pause other downloads and streams. If there is no sound, check mute and volume.
